Rising Stars Leadership Program

Welcome to the Miss Rapid City's Rising Stars Leadership Program. The Rising Stars program is designed to give girls a non-competitive opportunity to be involved in pageantry before they reach the age of official teen competition. Primary focuses of the program are encouraging self-confidence, lasting friendships, community involvement and development of strong leadership qualities.  Think pageant mentorship!
 

What is the Rising Stars Program?

• The Rising Stars Program is designed to prepare girls to compete as a teen with confidence and experience. 
• Preparation will start with the Rising Stars Boot Camp and leadership workshop. Following the Boot Camp, the Rising Stars will participate in the Miss Rapid City Pageant on Saturday, February 24th, 2024
• Girls are encouraged to participate as Rising Stars for multiple years between the ages of 9 and 12. 

Age Requirements

Girls between the ages of 9 to 12 years of age (on the date of the pageant) are eligible to be a Rising Star. 

Please provide the following information:

• A recent headshot
• Name, age, parents names
• $50 entrance fee for each Rising Star Registration
